Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / revDSG).
1. Controller
The data controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
Aidan Brooks Evans
Europa-Strasse 21
8152 Opfikon, Zürich
Switzerland
Email: aidan.brooks.evans@icloud.com
2. What data we collect
Waitlist sign-ups. When you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide and the time of submission.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver the site (IP address, browser/user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp). These logs are short-lived and used to operate and secure the service.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics on this site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Waitlist: to inform you about the launch and grant access. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6(6) revDSG).
- Operating the site: to deliver content, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Storage duration
Waitlist email addresses are kept until you withdraw your consent or until the waitlist is closed and invitations have been sent. Server logs are retained for a short period (typically up to 30 days) and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected service providers to host the site and store waitlist data. These providers act as processors on our behalf and may process data in the EU, Switzerland, or other countries with an adequate level of protection or based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing or object to it;
- request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
To exercise these rights, email aidan.brooks.evans@icloud.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
This site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the website. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.
8. Children
The Huddle product is designed for girls aged 11–16. This website (including the waitlist) is intended for parents, guardians, and adults interested in the launch. Minors should only submit information with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. The current version is always available on this page.
